Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super Logics PANEL SL-PPC-405 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Superior products, including obsoleted and phased-out Svg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Superior product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Superior such as the M063CF401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8031201 manufactured by Svg and we are pleased to be able to service most Svg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 230PT by Manufacturer Superior as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Carr-Lane Brand CLR1897204SCD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sutron such as 155709 equipment made by Sutron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sutron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sutron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IWS120SE made by Superior as well as the popular 6180PI110 original spares produced by Superior

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SYS1000 by Otc and 155709 spares by Sutron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M093TE11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Superior.
